Survival of the Fittest

In the past decade with the exponential expansion of the notion of real estate in the global perspective one of the hardest lessons that has affected both homeowners and real estate companies at best is that nothing remains in a static position in this volatile market scenario or else what goes up one day must also come down. And the moment it starts making its downfall it keeps everyone dumbfounded leaving everyone involved with queasiness unequalled by a ride the world's great roller coasters.

The why should rely upon this unpredictable business and how can we predict its potential downfall even in the coming days? In this respect the United States of America can be the most viable example. The stark authenticity of the real estate market in 21st century America lays in the crude reality that almost everyone who wanted a home in the past five years bought one, and even those who did not want, and was also not in a position to get hold of one, performed the same in the anticipation of turning it over for a speedy return. Here starts the problem in its entirety. Since there are few buyers at present, and because lending institutions have been burdened with so many foreclosures that they have become more careful about their lending standards. In addition the manner in which several real estate companies have deceived the prospective buyers the credibility is almost in the oblivion. Thus the real estate market today has become the natural territory of competent buyers, and no longer that of the real estate companies.

It is this mode that has forced the real estate companies to go for the survival mode and to look for the buyers for potential guidance on where they should be focusing or what shall be the mode of their development efforts in future. But it is the lack of interest on the part of the buyers that is casting the greatest effect on the question of existence of the real estate companies and in the gamut of business and economy if there is no such modification of the strategy a bleak future is laying ahead. The scene is almost the same in the international continuum.
